How to uninstall apps on Windows 10
/There are multiple reasons why you might consider uninstalling apps from your Windows 10 device. this might be due to freeing up space, no longer actively using that app, or it came with your device and you don’t need it. This quick guide will show you some options to uninstall the unwanted app from your device.
Uninstall app from Start menu
Many apps can be uninstalled from the Start Menu, particularly if they were downloaded from the Microsoft Store.
Click on the start button
Search for the app
Right click on the app and select “Uninstall”
You might see a message saying “This app and its related info will be uninstalled”. If so, click on uninstall to finish the process.
Uninstall apps through settings
A different method to uninstall apps is to use the “Apps & Features” section, located within the Windows 10 Settings.
Click on Start
Click on the Cog button to open Settings
Select Apps
You can access “Apps & Features” by selecting the option from the left hand sidebar.
scroll down to find the app you want to uninstall and click on it
You should see the “uninstall” button. click on it to uninstall the app.
A confirmation pop up window will appear. click on this to uninstall the app.
